How will I know if I have successfully connected to a Network?

You will receive an email from hello@hart.com letting you know you have successfully connected (see the image below). You will also see a "Connected" notification listed on the network page within Hart.

Once you are connected you will have access to schedule appointments, see your health data and message your physician (if allowed by your provider).

Note: You must confirm your email before you can use the app's full functionality even if you have successfully connected to a network.
