How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment you will need to create/log in to your account and connect to a supported Network.

1) From the "Me" home page select "Appointments". 

Note: you can also access appointments by clicking the "+" at the bottom of the screen

2) Click the "+" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

3) Select a Specialty.

4) Select the provider you would like to schedule with.

5) Enter a reason for your visit.

6) Select an appointment time from the available appointments on the calendar.

7) Review your appointment date, time, doctor, reason for visit and location.

8) To schedule appointment select "Submit" in the upper right hand corner of the "Review" screen. If you do not select "Submit" your appointment will NOT be scheduled.

9) Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation and the appointment will appear in the "Upcoming" section of the Appointments tab.
